Solid armchair, slight delay

I ordered a Field Armchair and it arrived mostly as expected. The quality of the materials seems good for the price; it feels sturdy and the upholstery is nice. Assembly wasn't too bad, took me maybe 30 minutes by myself. My only minor issue was shipping; it said 3-5 business days but ended up taking 8 days to reach Texas. Not a huge deal, but something to note if you're on a tight schedule. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which I appreciated. Decent value for a well-built piece of furniture.

Good sofa, easy setup

I got the Nomad Sofa last month and it's pretty great. Setting it up was surprisingly simple, just clicked together. The fabric feels durable, which is good 'cause I have a cat. Delivery took about a week to get to me in Oregon, which was fine. Overall, I'm happy with how it turned out, looks good in my living room.

Burrow is definitely more modular and easy to move/put together. Article couches are usually a bit more traditional style-wise and maybe a tiny bit comfier but not by much. Burrow's fabrics hold up really well with pets though.

Article looks nice but I felt like the Burrow seats were firmer and would last longer. My friend has an Article couch and it's already showing some wear after a couple years. My Burrow still looks new.

Nah, they almost never let you stack codes. It's usually one or the other. You gotta pick the better deal for your cart.

I tried once, didn't work. Most sites are like that these days anyway. Usually the bigger holiday sales give you a better discount than just a first-time code if your order is big enough.

I don't think they have a direct student discount. I've only ever seen military or first responder ones for specific groups. You might be able to find a first order code though if you're new?

Nah, no student discount that I know of. Keep an eye out for their holiday sales though, those are usually pretty good. Got my armchair during Memorial Day and saved a decent chunk.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. Just contact them and they send you the labels. Had to repackage it all but they arranged pickup, so not too bad.

I returned an extra module once. It was pretty straightforward, just make sure you keep the original boxes or get some sturdy ones if you threw them out. They refund you once it gets back to their warehouse.

Mine got to Portland in about a week and a half, maybe two. It's usually pretty quick for west coast stuff. They ship out of the east though so sometimes a bit longer.
